He is very easy to work with, easy to talk to, and he is very thorough in all of the steps of the process. He really tries to understand what you need in a property and cares about the decisions you are making and how they will affect you and your family. The best thing he did was send us many different options and as he came to understand our priorities, he refined the types of properties he sent to us. We were working with him mostly remotely, and still, nothing was lost in the communication. He went above and beyond to look at properties that we could not go to on our own due to the distance. He walked the routes to the Metro from prospective properties as this was something we would have done and the path to the Metro is important to us. He was involved with the builders and the mortgage company and asked great questions and clarified everything for us.
